| Five Tasks and Six Projects |

Recently, President of CNITA (China Nonwovens & Industrial Textile Association) Li Lingshen issued Five Tasks and Six Projects for 13th Five-Year Program in sector of Chinese technological and industrial textile. It is significant period that China accomplish the structural adjustment, shifting development pattern. Textile industry will get stronger not only with big scale to grasp Chinese textile power state strategy.
As the global economic recovery, such as “China Manufacturing 2025”,“One Belt and One Road”strategy to conduct, also a number of field urge further development and improvement of living level, it will benefit technological and industrial textile to grow. Due to the growth rate of Chinese economy, Li noted, technological and industrial textile concern around the state economy, reflecting national infrastructure and policies. As though Chinese GDP maintain the growing rate of 6.5% to 7%, it would achieve the target of ouble-digit growth in our sector. Secondly, as the improved life level, there are growing demands of social security, safe protection that insure textile production increased in this field. Thirdly is that much of the upgrading and adjustment of entire textile industry attribute promotion and growth of technological and industrial textile. It is also one of the pportunity in 13th Five-Year Program period. Li continued, There are currently many difficulties in our industry, such as insufficient capability of innovation and professional talents, imperfection of industrial chain, connection and concentration, as well as lack of brand value, and standardization lag behind the growing requirement. Therefore, the Five major tasks to implement in 13th Five-Year Program period: 1 shifting mode of development to enhance independent innovation, 2 promoting connection between production and demand for industrial integration, 3 modify the structure of industry for international advancement. 4 advocating responsible production to build circular economy. 5 consummating a platform to accomplish upgrade of service. Complying with a new round of technological revolution and industrial reform, it is one of topic that is to accelerate construction of modern technical system now in China. And thus, technological and industrial textile first issued 6 National Strategic Auxiliary Project in 13th Five-Year Program period in that the industrial development has been loaded. This strategy includes 6 auxiliary projects that are emerging industry, environmental protection, pension industry, emergency and public security, as well as “One Belt and One Road” and “civil-military integration”. The 6 auxiliary projects are relevant with national economy and social development, surrounding national strategies and combining industrial characteristics, will guide development of Chinese technological and industrial textile for the further five years. Among that, Li explained the “civil-military integration” strategy, though even a little amount of military goods used of technological and industrial textile, it occupies top status. So as adjusting management of civilian and military integration, combined with a series of supporting policies, Chinese technological and industrial textile is obtaining further growth in this sector.
